1. Worked on 6 projects ranging from 50K – 500K to provide Defence Protected and Secret Voice, Data and Audio-Visual Networks.
2. Followed Defence Project Delivery cycle including Work Take on – Costing -Commercial agreements – Delivery Management and Project Closure.
3. Worked with relevant Teams and performed Pre-Project activities such as Scope definition, Costing, Value for Money assessment and generating project Contracts.
4. Performed Service Delivery management such as Project Kick off, regular project meetings, Schedule and Delivery management, Reporting, Invoice acceptance and Goods Receipt, Equipment management and project closure.

Worked on a National ICT Project to generate Covid19 Digital Certificates (CDC) for Australians and making the certificate available through Apple and Google Wallets.
1. Worked with ICT Team leaders and managed multiple Project Teams of System Analysts, Developers, Testers (Software, Security, Performance) and Architects.
2. Communicated with Internal stakeholders from Business, MyGov, Medicare and external stakeholders from Apple and Google for successful delivery of the project.
3. Worked as a Scrum Master to plan the sprints, running daily stand ups, allocating tasks among resources, and managing project progress in the Jira Board.
4. Managed governance functionalities such as documenting Delivery plan, Financial management, Change management, Risks & Issue management, reporting etc.

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has introduced a ’Data & Analytics Program of work’ to improve Data onboarding, Client grouping, Risk modelling, Client Profiling and Process redesigning. Some of the key achievements are:
1. Provided Program visibility by creating 1500 line Program Schedule and highlighting delivery milestones.
2. Tracked program progress against timelines and periodically reporting the achievements to senior ATO executives.
3. Managing the Program Resource Plan and monitoring staff on boarding, allocation and movement etc.
4. Supporting the Entire Program Framework in Team Foundation Server (TFS).
5. Hands-on project management using Agile and/or Waterfall methodology.
6. Managing Program and Project risks to identify the road blockers and mitigate as required.
